### Start at the source.
#### Behind the meter.
We bring compute to available power: wind, solar, biogas and flare gas. Each site starts with nameplate capacity and a clear view of what it can reliably deliver.
Fuel cells and gas generation unlock opportunities close to the source. Fuel quality, continuity and site conditions guide the design.
Find the power. Build around the site.

Behind-the-meter generation
### Start at the source.
We bring compute to available wind, solar, natural gas and biogas. Dependable power, fuel supply and site conditions shape each deployment.
Wind
Behind-the-meter power
#### Compute beside the wind farm.
We work with wind providers to place compute close to renewable generation. Hourly output, curtailment and firming requirements shape the capacity a site can support.
Solar
Generation matched to demand
#### Use power where it is produced.
Co-located solar can supply daytime demand behind the meter. We size around the generation profile and assess storage or complementary generation for continuity.
Fuel cell
Natural gas · Conditioned biogas
#### Steady power from a local fuel source.
Fuel cells convert natural gas or conditioned biogas into electricity electrochemically. Co-location with biogas facilities starts with gas cleanup, fuel continuity and a suitable generation system.
Natural Gas
Available generation · Fuel diligence
#### Find the megawatts already available.
We assess existing nameplate generation and opportunities around biogas and flare gas. Gas composition, pressure, treatment and dependable net output determine the site design.

NAWA F2 · Modular compute
### We take greenfield to whitefield.
NAWA F2 brings liquid-cooled accelerator racks, roof-mounted heat rejection and protected power into a repeatable container system.
Cooling
NAWA F2 cooling system
#### Liquid cooling, from rack to roof.
Two internal CDUs serve a 45°C rack supply loop and keep it separate from facility water. Roof-mounted heat rejection handles the main liquid loop; trim chillers support networking and residual air loads.
Power & UPS
Power conversion · Battery ride-through
#### Conditioned power. Protected compute.
A dedicated electrical module distributes protected power, supported by UPS equipment and separate battery modules. Ride-through capacity is sized to the site and its supply transitions.
Accelerators
Rack-scale compute
#### Built to NVIDIA reference specifications.
Liquid-cooled accelerator racks bring compute, high-speed fabric and power delivery into a repeatable module. Rack integration follows the platform reference design.

Another route to power
### Compute beside the fuel source.
We develop opportunities to colocate modular compute with biogas facilities and sites with reliable natural gas. On-site fuel cells convert conditioned gas into electricity for the racks, bringing generation and compute together at the same site.
We assess fuel quality and volume, site access and fiber together, then size the power plant and compute deployment around what the location can support.

The distributed cloud
## Powered capacity at the speed of demand.
Nawa is building a network of modular AI compute on power that already exists, in the United States and abroad, with each cell live within a few months of signing. The pockets of generation too small or too remote for a hyperscaler add up to a footprint the market could not reach before.
Stranded power
### Thousands of megawatts sit behind the meter.
The pockets are operating plants with headroom, decommissioned plants whose switchgear is still live, industrial sites with a service in place, and international capacity in markets where the demand never arrived. A 7 MW site is noise to a hyperscaler, and the interconnection queue makes a greenfield build a multi-year bet. Because this power is already generated and conditioned, there is no queue to wait in. Deployment is gated by container lead time.
- #### Operating plants
Generation with headroom the grid is not taking.
- #### Decommissioned plants
Live switchgear and a yard with nothing behind it.
- #### Industrial sites
A service in place, sized for a load that left.
- #### International capacity

The demand that fits
### The fastest-growing workloads want to be placed.
Frontier training will keep concentrating in contiguous gigawatt campuses. That is a different market. Inference and fine-tuning scale with the applications they serve, so they move toward users. A robot runs its models wherever the robot is. Sovereign buyers need capacity inside their own borders on their own power, and that demand cannot be served from a centralised campus. As the industry mix shifts from training toward deployed inference, the market moves toward this architecture.

Speed
### The schedule is set by the factory.
A conventional developer waits for the interconnection. When the power is already conditioned and the offtake is already signed, adding the next megawatt is a manufacturing and logistics problem, and manufacturing problems get cheaper with volume.

Factory lead time for the two containers and the cooler skid.
- Interconnection queue About 5 years

The model contracts capacity with an established GPU-cloud partner at full utilisation over a multi-year term before the first cell is ordered. That is a rule. It turns marketplace risk into a deployment-speed problem, and deployment speed is the variable the cell is engineered to control.
Pipeline and design basis
### Each new geography makes the last one worth more.
As nodes accumulate, capacity becomes a standard product: contracted in-country capacity, live within a quarter. Every new geography adds jurisdiction coverage and latency coverage to every existing customer relationship, so the platform compounds. Nawa ends up holding the sites, the power agreements, the offtake relationships and the operating record, with the option to move up the stack.

The arrangement
## Two counterparties who cannot reach each other.
Power sits where nobody will build. Compute needs capacity now. Nawa signs with both and carries the deployment between them.
Who this is for
### Find your side.
- You hold power
#### Idle capacity earns nothing.
A service sits under-drawn, or generation gets curtailed because the lines out are full. The capacity is real and it earns nothing while it waits.
Nawa places a load on it. The units arrive built. The site provides power, a pad, and a fibre path, and carries no construction and no capital.
##### What the arrangement gives you
- A hosting fee per kilowatt-month against capacity made available
- Each deployment held in its own entity, so one site carries no other site risk
- Electricity passes through at tariff, and the supplier stays outside the deal
- No build obligation, and no construction risk on the site owner
##### What Nawa needs to start
- The service capacity and the tariff it sits on
- Whether the agreement permits an added load of this size
- Land for a pad, and a route a permit load can reach
- Fibre at the property, or the nearest path to it
[Tell us what your service carries](https://nawapower.com/contact/land)
- You need compute
#### Capacity where the power already is.
Queues for large loads run years in the markets everyone is bidding into. A compliance date or a launch does not move to match a queue position.
Nawa deploys against services that already exist. The configuration follows what a site holds, and the schedule follows freight and civils.
##### What the arrangement gives you
- A term commitment, with firm capacity covering the fixed cost of the deployment
- Nawa on the contract, holding the site and hardware agreements behind it
- A stated redundancy model, and a bounded service obligation
- Deployment inside a named jurisdiction, where data residency requires one
##### What Nawa needs to start
- The capacity you want to reach, and by when
- Jurisdiction, and any residency constraint on where it can sit
- Workload shape, since inference and training want different sites
- Whether you bring silicon or want it sourced
[Tell us what you need to run](https://nawapower.com/contact/compute)
- You own silicon
#### An idle accelerator is a melting asset.
Accelerators lose a large share of their value across three years. Every month one sits unpowered, a slice of that value goes with no work done against it.
Nawa gives the hardware a powered home and operates it. Title stays with the owner, and the arrangement is a fee for hosting and operation.
##### What the arrangement gives you
- Title stays with the owner throughout
- A fee for hosting and operation, with no transfer of ownership
- Racks integrated and tested before they ship
- Metering at the service entrance and again at rack distribution
##### What Nawa needs to start
- What the fleet is, and how much of it is unpowered
- Where it sits today, and what moving it involves
- Power and thermal envelope per rack
- How long you want it placed
[Tell us what you are holding](https://nawapower.com/contact/neocloud)
Structure
### How the deal is put together.
Structure is public here. Price and term stay in the contract.
2. 01
#### Nawa signs both sides
The site agreement and the capacity agreement both carry the Nawa name. Neither counterparty contracts with the other, and neither takes the other as credit risk.
4. 02
#### Every obligation has a mirror
What Nawa promises on one side is held against a matching commitment on the other. A capacity obligation is written against secured power, and a hosting fee is written against a signed offtake.
6. 03
#### One entity per deployment
Each site sits in its own vehicle. A problem at one deployment stays there. It reaches no other counterparty and no other lender.
8. 04
#### Electricity passes through
Power is billed at tariff and passes to the offtaker. Nawa takes no position on the price of electricity and no margin on it.
10. 05
#### What Nawa earns
Origination, integration, operation, and a carry on the deployment. The company holds no debt against the fleet, takes no title to silicon it did not buy, and signs no uncapped service obligation.

About Us
## We bring compute to power.
Nawa develops modular GPU infrastructure on power that already exists and commercialises the capacity.
What Nawa does
### Four stages, one arrangement.
Nawa originates sites where usable power is already available, equips them with factory-built modules, develops and connects each deployment, and sells the capacity. The company signs with the power owner on one side and the compute buyer on the other and carries the deployment between them.
Approach
### Own the power relationship and the whitespace.
Nawa holds the power agreement and the site, and builds the containerised whitespace on them. Offtake agreements with GPU-cloud operators pay for all of it on a revenue-share basis; the operators supply and finance the GPUs and hold the end customer. Nawa’s economics are contracted before construction begins.
Our power thesis
### Build where the power is.
Power availability shapes where AI infrastructure can grow. Behind-the-meter generation places the power plant and the compute on the same site, reducing dependence on new grid capacity.
We start with available nameplate power, then establish what can reliably reach the racks. Our search includes existing generation, wind and solar with firming, and distinctive opportunities around natural gas, biogas facilities and flare gas.
The opportunity becomes a deployment when fuel supply, permits, cooling, connectivity and customer requirements work together. We size the compute around dependable net power and build in repeatable modules.

The unit
### One cell, repeated.
Every deployment is the same cell: NAWA F2, an IT container for four to six NVL72-class racks and a power container beside it, both standard ISO boxes. Factory-built and ocean-shippable, the same across voltage standards, so the second site costs less than the first.

Two-box compute cell · F2 basis, September 2026
## One megawatt in two standard containers.
The deployable unit is a two-container cell in standard ISO boxes: an IT box carrying six NVL72-class racks with their fabric, and a power box carrying the switchboard and the UPS. The pair is tested together at the factory and re-joined on site with one busduct connection. It stacks from one cell to a campus, and the module set stays the same across geographies and voltage standards.

#### The compute inside.
Vera Rubin NVL72 racks sit inside the IT module. We coordinate the rack layout and integration with our silicon partners.
#### Move heat out of the cell.
Liquid cooling carries heat from the chips to the roof equipment. Separate cooling supports the room and network hardware.
#### Protect the supply.
The power module brings distribution, UPS protection and batteries together. Its connection to grid and backup sources is engineered for each site.
#### Connect racks and workloads.
Network cabinets connect the compute inside each cell. Fiber links join the cells and carry traffic to the site’s carrier handoff.
#### Bring the whole site together.
Foundations, power connections, fiber access and service clearances complete the deployment. Each site’s infrastructure sets the starting point.

**CDU Coolant distribution unit**
Sits between the rack loop and the facility loop. It holds the water going to the chips at a set temperature and keeps the two loops separate.
**UPS Uninterruptible power supply**
Carries the load through a utility interruption long enough for the site to ride through or transfer.
**N+1 One spare beyond need**
A redundancy model. The system meets its rating with one unit out of service.
**Direct to chip Direct-to-chip liquid cooling**
Cold plates sit on the processors and carry heat away in water. Air handles what is left.

An interactive session has a time budget set by the person or the machine at the other end. Transit between the user and the accelerator spends that budget before the model does any work.
Nawa builds small, repeatable deployments, which makes placement a site decision. A module can go in near demand or inside a named jurisdiction, and a reservation holds its capacity for one buyer.
Workloads
### Who this serves.
- #### Video generation
Interactive video models hold a session open while frames are produced, and the viewer notices every stall. The workload wants sustained accelerator time with a short network leg to the screen.
- #### Vision-language-action models
A model that perceives a scene and acts on it sits inside a control loop, and the machine sets the loop budget. Capacity placed near the deployment keeps transit out of that budget.
- #### Interactive agents
Agent sessions chain many model calls, and a person waits at the end of each one. Dedicated capacity keeps a shared queue out of the loop.
Structure
### How the offer is put together.
Structure is public. Hardware, price, region, and term are settled in the agreement.
#### The deployment model
**Nawa-operated**
Nawa develops the infrastructure and operates it. The site and hardware agreements behind a deployment sit with Nawa.
**Close to power**
Deployments go in where capacity already exists on the grid or behind the meter, which is what sets the cost base.
**Close to the user**
Site selection weighs the distance to demand alongside the distance to power, so interactive workloads keep a short network leg.
**Sovereign where required**
Where data residency or regulation constrains placement, the deployment sits inside a named jurisdiction. Nawa works in the United States and selected international markets, and deploys in-country.
#### What a reservation covers
**Capacity**
A stated block of accelerators, held for the buyer across the term.
**Placement**
The jurisdiction, and the site where the workload requires one.
**Service boundary**
A stated redundancy model and a bounded service obligation, written into the contract.
**Counterparty**
Nawa on the contract, holding the site and hardware agreements behind the deployment.

GPUs by the hour
## Draw capacity by the hour.
Accelerator time from deployments Nawa develops and operates. Draw it on demand or hold a reserved block; the meter is the hour.
Positioning
### Between a laptop and a long-term contract.
Owning accelerators means capital and an operations bench, and most workloads justify neither. The hourly offer covers the ground in between: accelerator time on Nawa-operated infrastructure, billed for the hours a job consumes.
Access takes two forms. Work that arrives unannounced draws from the pool on demand, and a job with a known window can hold a reserved block ahead of it.
Fit
### Who this fits.
- #### Outgrowing local hardware
The model no longer fits the machine on the desk, and a term reservation is more commitment than the roadmap supports. Hourly capacity covers the stretch in between.
- #### Burst workloads
A pipeline that idles most of the month and works hard for a day has no use for standing capacity. The draw rises with the burst and falls with it.
- #### Evaluation runs
Model comparisons and benchmark sweeps need real accelerator hours on hardware the team has no reason to keep. The hours end when the sweep does.
- #### Fine-tuning experiments
A training pass that occupies a weekend needs a block of capacity with a defined end. A reserved window fits it; the capacity releases when the job completes.
Structure
### What the hour covers.
Structure is public. Pricing, hardware, region, and minimum duration stay in the agreement.
#### The consumption model
**Metered by the hour**
Billing follows the capacity drawn, hour by hour. A job that stops also stops costing.
**On-demand and reserved**
Work can draw from the pool as it arrives, or hold a block against a scheduled window.
**Elastic within the site**
Capacity scales up and down with the workload, inside what the deployment holds.
**No hardware ownership**
The hardware and the agreements behind it stay with Nawa.
#### Where it comes from
**Nawa-operated**
Every hour is served from modular deployments Nawa develops and operates on available power.
**The unit**
Each deployment is the same F2 cell, from one cell on a pad to a four-cell campus.
**Placement**
Sites are selected for power first. Where a workload cares about distance, the reserved inference offer places capacity near the user.
**Growth path**
A team that settles into steady consumption can move the workload onto a reservation, on the same infrastructure.

The first conversation
### Start with what you have.
A site introduction can start before the facility exists. Share the facts you can confirm, and identify what still needs to be developed. Nawa can then assess the engineering and commercial path.
#### Location & site control
Send a map pin, usable area, photos and the owner’s details. Explain whether you own, lease, have an option on, or can introduce the site.
Useful evidence: site plan, title or lease summary.
#### Deliverable power
State the MW available to this project today, the expansion path and the earliest energization date. Identify the utility or generation source and the full electricity cost.
Useful evidence: utility letter, capacity agreement, tariff and electrical one-line.
#### Fiber & infrastructure
Identify nearby carriers, their physical routes and any work needed to reach the site. Describe existing switchgear, substations, cooling and water availability.
Useful evidence: carrier route map, service quote and equipment schedule.
#### Buildability & timing
Outline zoning, permits, flood exposure, delivery access and any noise or emissions constraints. Include the proposed land or power terms and who can authorize the project.
Useful evidence: permit status, access plan and a dated delivery schedule.
**Make the power figure specific.** Tell us how much capacity can be allocated to this project and when. Include existing site demand and any curtailment conditions so we can assess the usable supply.
The finished facility
### What the site needs to support.
Use these selected infrastructure requirements to assess the build. An early land or power introduction can identify a path to them; readiness is confirmed during technical diligence.
**Power & resilience** Capacity that holds up under load
**Full-load operation**
Power must support the entire installation at full demand.
**Facility standard**
Tier III minimum; N+1 generators, UPS and cooling.
**Backup supply**
Generator start ≤30 seconds; contracted fuel replenishment with response <24 hours. UPS covers transfer; batteries require fire separation.
**At the rack**
Paired power distribution units; 208 V, with 415 V accepted for dense or liquid-cooled installations.
**N+1:** enough equipment to serve the load with one unit unavailable.
**Cooling & space** Match the facility to the chosen hardware
**Thermal capacity**
Cooling must handle peak heat, with N+1 resilience and separated hot/cold airflow. Air or liquid cooling is supported; immersion is excluded.
**Rack density**
Air: ≥30 kW/rack; 60 kW preferred. Liquid: up to approximately 240 kW/rack, matched to equipment.
**Site layout**
Allow contiguous equipment space, loading access and secure staging. Modular facilities may be reviewed.
Share the available footprint; Nawa sizes the layout after reviewing equipment, setbacks and site conditions.
**Fiber & connectivity** Two routes, with capacity to scale
**Resilient connections**
At least two physically separate internet paths, automatic failover and redundant firewalls.
**External bandwidth**
At least 200 Gbps total (2 × 100 Gbps), or 125 Mbps/GPU if greater. Above 256 nodes, capacity is negotiated.
**Latency & traffic**
Round-trip latency below 50 ms to AWS S3 or Cloudflare R2. Unmetered, unrestricted ingress and egress.
**Carrier mix**
Cogent plus another Tier-1 carrier.
Ask carriers for physical route drawings and delivery dates. Two service contracts can still share the same conduit.
**Access & operations** A secure, maintainable environment
**Support**
Remote hands around the clock; first response within 30 minutes.
**Access & protection**
Controlled entry, access logs, secure vestibule and early smoke detection; 24/7 staffing or NOC coverage and operator access.
**Assurance**
SOC 2 Type II, PCI-DSS and ISO 27001 are required.
**Inspection & acceptance**
Facilities must allow inspection. Equipment undergoes validation and sustained-load testing before acceptance; service levels are contractual.
**Preferences, rather than hard gates:** diverse utility feeds, 2N resilience and PUE around 1.3.

POST to `https://nawapower.com/api/contact`. Set the three headers shown below, including Origin. No account or API key is needed. All fields are strings. Choose `land`, `compute`, `neocloud` or `financing` as the inquiry type.
All four types require `name`, `email`, `geography`, `capacity`, `timing` and `message`. Land, neocloud and financing also require `role`. Company and land connectivity are optional. See the [submission schemas](https://nawapower.com/agents/inquiries.json) for field lengths and meanings.
Prepare `inquiry.json` with the actual opportunity and an authorized, monitored reply address. This land example contains placeholders; do not submit it as written.
```
{
"inquiryType": "land",
"name": "Your name",
"email": "you@your-company.example",
"company": "Your company",
"geography": "City, state, country",
"role": "Owner, leaseholder or authorized representative; describe your mandate",
"capacity": "Firm MW and power source; distinguish confirmed from proposed",
"timing": "Site access and energization dates",
"connectivity": "Known carriers and physical routes, or not yet confirmed",
"message": "Non-confidential site summary, lease or assignment terms, required consents, BTM generation or fuel details, and itemized land and power costs."
}
```
```
curl https://nawapower.com/api/contact \
-H 'Origin: https://nawapower.com' \
```
A successful JSON response is HTTP 202 with `ok: true`, `reference` and `next: "/contact/received"`. Save the reference for follow-up.
- Submit only when authorized to represent the person or organization named. Identify the principal, your role and any limits on your mandate in the message.
- Use a monitored reply email. Share a concise, non-confidential summary; arrange secure document exchange with the team later.
- A 202 response with ok: true and a reference means the email service accepted the message and the CRM handoff was queued. It does not confirm delivery, a commercial agreement, capacity allocation or financing approval.
- This endpoint does not provide idempotency or a public inquiry-status lookup. Save the reference. Do not automatically retry after a timeout or 503: a message may already have been sent. Contact the team to confirm first.
- Requests are limited to 16 KiB and five per IP per minute. On 429, respect Retry-After. Correct 400/413/415 errors before trying again.
- If a verification check is requested, complete it through the browser form or ask your principal to do so. Agent mode does not bypass verification.
These are partnership interests. Site acceptance, lease assumption, capacity, pricing, financing and delivery dates require diligence and written agreements.

### About this website
Nawa is the business name used on nawapower.com. This website describes our approach to modular compute infrastructure and provides information for prospective customers, site owners, suppliers, and commercial partners.
These notices cover the public website. The legal entity responsible for a particular project or service will be identified in its written agreement. A reference to a market or project location does not establish an office, licensed operation, or contracting entity in that jurisdiction.
### Project and commercial information
Designs, diagrams, renderings, and generated images may illustrate a proposed configuration. They are not evidence of an installed facility, equipment ownership, certification, or commissioned capacity. Read the stage, assumptions, sources, and qualifications accompanying each project.
Power, land, equipment availability, delivery dates, pricing, operating performance, and commercial structures depend on site diligence, permissions, procurement, and definitive agreements. A website description, inquiry, presentation, or model does not reserve capacity or commit either party to a transaction.
### Financial models and forward-looking information
Calculators, investment presentations, and pro formas illustrate assumptions and possible outcomes. Estimates of revenue, costs, utilisation, investment returns, power availability, and delivery schedules are uncertain and may differ materially from actual results.
Website materials are not investment, tax, legal, or engineering advice, an offer of securities, or a solicitation to buy an investment. No return, forecast, financing, customer commitment, or regulatory approval is guaranteed. Any transaction requires its own diligence, eligibility review, disclosures, and signed documents.
### Names, sources, and intellectual property
Nawa materials and branding are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Third-party names, trademarks, logos, and source materials belong to their respective owners.
A company appearing in a market example, source list, or presentation does not imply that it is a Nawa customer, investor, supplier, or partner, or that it endorses Nawa. Third-party source dates and definitions matter when interpreting comparisons.
### Legal, privacy, and content requests
Contact taher@nawapower.com for website legal questions, privacy requests, permission to reuse material, or a concern about content. Include the relevant page URL and a brief explanation.
For a copyright concern, identify the work and the material at issue, explain your authority to act, and provide a way to contact you. For a security concern, describe the issue without including passwords or personal data belonging to someone else.

### Inquiries and information you provide
Provide accurate information and share only material you have authority to disclose. Please do not send passwords, payment card details, sensitive personal information, or confidential project documents through an initial inquiry. Arrange an appropriate secure channel and confidentiality agreement where needed.
An inquiry does not create a customer, advisory, agency, partnership, or fiduciary relationship, bind either party to a transaction, or by itself create an NDA. You retain ownership of your submissions; we may use them to evaluate and respond to your inquiry as explained in the Privacy Policy.
### Website information and availability
We aim to provide useful, accurate information, but materials may contain errors, omit relevant facts, or become outdated. We may correct, change, or remove content and suspend or discontinue website access, including to address misuse or security issues.

### Warranties and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its materials are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of accuracy, completeness, uninterrupted availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Nawa is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost opportunities, or loss of data arising from use of, or inability to use, this website or reliance on its materials.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Mandatory consumer protections and other non-waivable rights remain in force. Liability for a contracted service is governed by its separate agreement and applicable law.
### Questions and disputes
Please contact taher@nawapower.com if you have a concern so we can try to resolve it. These website terms do not require arbitration, waive a right to bring a claim, or remove rights to a court or regulator under applicable law.
The law and forum applicable to a specific commercial relationship may be stated in its written agreement. For website use, applicable law determines jurisdiction and any mandatory protections. If a provision of these terms cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
### Changes to these terms
We may update these terms by publishing a revised version with an updated date. Changes apply prospectively, subject to any notice or agreement required by law, and do not change an existing signed commercial agreement. Check this page when you return to the website.

### Who this policy covers
This policy covers visitors to nawapower.com and people who contact Nawa about the website or a business inquiry. Nawa is responsible for deciding how personal information within this scope is used.
For privacy questions or to exercise your rights, email taher@nawapower.com. Processing of customer workloads, employee records, and data handled under a separate service agreement requires the notices and contractual terms applicable to that relationship.
- [Contact Nawa about privacy](mailto:taher@nawapower.com?subject=Privacy%20request)
### Information we handle
Business inquiries: when you email us, we receive the contact details, company or role, location, project information, message, and attachments you choose to provide. We also receive ordinary email metadata and keep correspondence needed to respond.
Website traffic: our hosting and security provider, Cloudflare, processes connection and request information such as IP address, browser or device information, requested URL, referring page where supplied, request time, and security signals to deliver and protect the website. A requested URL may include query parameters, so avoid putting personal or confidential information in links or model scenarios.
Website inquiries ask for your name, work email, company, geography, and message. Required fields are marked. We use this information to assess and respond to your request; without contact details, we may be unable to reply.
The public website has no account registration or checkout and does not request payment card details, government identifiers, or sensitive personal information. Please do not include them in an inquiry.
### Why information is used
We use inquiry information to respond, understand requirements, evaluate a potential business relationship, and maintain relevant correspondence. Technical information supports website delivery, troubleshooting, fraud and abuse prevention, and security. Information may also be needed to meet legal obligations or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
Where European, UK, or similar data protection law requires a lawful basis, ordinary business communication and site security rely on legitimate interests, subject to your rights. Steps you request before entering a contract may rely on pre-contractual necessity where you are the prospective contracting party. Legal obligations are a separate basis where applicable. If we ask for consent for an optional use, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing.
An inquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter. This website has no marketing subscription feature, advertising pixels, or connected behavioural analytics provider. We do not use website information for automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects.
### Who may receive information
Cloudflare provides website hosting, content delivery, network security, and delivery of contact-form emails. Our email is hosted through Google Workspace. Contact-form details pass through Cloudflare Email Service to our inbox. These providers process relevant technical or correspondence information to supply their services. Provider processing may also be subject to their own privacy terms.
The contact form uses IP-based rate limits and a field intended to detect automated submissions. The form handler does not maintain an inquiry database or log message contents. Email copies remain subject to the correspondence retention described below.
Relevant Nawa personnel and professional advisers may access information needed to handle an inquiry, advise the business, or comply with legal obligations. If assessing a project requires sharing with a prospective project participant, we will discuss the appropriate scope with you before sharing your inquiry for that purpose.
Information may be disclosed when required by law, to respond to a valid legal request, or when necessary to protect rights and safety. A business reorganisation or transfer may involve relevant records, subject to applicable safeguards and notice requirements.
We do not sell personal information collected through this website or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We do not provide website inquiry details to third parties for their own direct marketing.
- [Cloudflare privacy information](https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/)
- [Google Cloud and Workspace privacy information](https://cloud.google.com/terms/cloud-privacy-notice)
### Booking a call
Our booking link opens Cal.com, where you can choose an appointment and provide the contact details requested there. Cal.com and the connected calendar or meeting provider process the information needed to arrange the meeting. Their privacy notices describe their own processing. Nawa receives the booking information needed to manage and attend the meeting.
The scheduler is linked rather than embedded, so opening a Nawa page does not load Cal.com tracking or send it your form entries.
- [Nawa booking calendar](https://cal.com/taherkl/nawa)
- [Cal.com privacy policy](https://cal.com/privacy)
### How long information is kept
Inquiry correspondence is kept for the time needed to respond and manage the relevant discussion or business relationship. Retention depends on whether a discussion remains active, whether it becomes a contract, and whether records are needed for legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes. We delete or anonymise information when those purposes no longer require it, subject to applicable obligations and backup cycles.
Hosting and security data are subject to the provider’s applicable retention settings and service terms. Temporary page interaction information stays in browser memory for the page’s lifetime and is not sent to an analytics service. You can ask us about information associated with your inquiry or request deletion using the contact above.
### International processing and security
Nawa works across markets and uses providers with international infrastructure. Information may be processed in the United States or other countries where relevant personnel and providers operate, which may have different privacy laws from your location.
Where a transfer is restricted by applicable law, an appropriate lawful transfer mechanism is required, such as an applicable adequacy decision or contractual safeguards. Contact us for information about safeguards relevant to your data. The website does not promise that visitor or inquiry data will remain in a particular country.
The website uses HTTPS. We aim to restrict access to information to people who need it for the purposes described here. No website, email system, or transmission method can guarantee complete security. Arrange a suitable secure channel before sending confidential project materials.
### Your privacy rights and choices
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may request access to personal information, a copy, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability. You may also object to certain processing, withdraw consent where it is the basis for processing, or opt out of a use covered by local law. Rights are subject to applicable exceptions.
Email taher@nawapower.com with your request and enough information to locate the relevant correspondence. We may need proportionate information to verify your identity or an authorised agent’s authority. Please do not send identity documents unless we request them through an appropriate channel. We respond within the period required by applicable law.
If we decline a request, we will explain the reason and any available appeal route. You can ask for reconsideration by replying with “Privacy appeal”. You may also complain to the privacy regulator responsible for your location. Exercising a privacy right will not result in unlawful discrimination.
For California and other US state residents, applicable rights may include learning the categories, sources, purposes, and recipients of personal information, as well as access, correction, deletion, and an authorised-agent request. The categories relevant to this website are contact identifiers, business or professional information, correspondence, and internet or network activity described above. These notices do not imply that every state privacy law applies to Nawa.
The website does not conduct sale, advertising sharing, or targeted advertising that would need to be disabled by a Global Privacy Control signal. We do not change that behaviour in response to a browser’s Do Not Track setting. If our practices change, we will update the notice and provide the choices required by law before starting the new use.

### What the website uses today
Nawa’s website code does not set cookies or store information in local storage or session storage. It does not load advertising pixels, third-party behavioural analytics, or social media embeds. Fonts, images, and interactive page code are served from this website.
Some interactions create temporary events in the memory of the current page. These events are not saved as cookies, do not contain inquiry message contents, and are not sent to an analytics provider. Interactive model values may appear in a scenario URL when you open or share a model; the URL can then be visible to its recipients, your browser history, and website request processing.
### Hosting and security technologies
Cloudflare delivers and protects the website. Depending on the security checks applied to a request, it may use cookies to distinguish legitimate traffic, remember a completed challenge, or enforce security limits. These functions are separate from advertising.
For example, Cloudflare documents a cookie called cf\_clearance for successful security challenges and \_\_cf\_bm for certain bot-protection services. These are conditional examples, not a statement that every visitor receives them. Cookie names, durations, and operation depend on the security features in use; Cloudflare’s documentation describes them.

### Your choices
You can review, block, and delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking security cookies may prevent a challenge from completing or make part of the website unavailable.
There are currently no optional advertising or analytics cookies for you to accept or reject on this site. If we introduce optional storage or tracking that requires consent, it will remain off until you choose to enable it, and a way to withdraw that choice will be provided.

The Nawa approach
### Start with the power. Build around it.
[Our behind-the-meter thesis](https://nawapower.com/company)
The next compute site can begin at an existing source of energy. Sri Lanka brings that idea into focus.
We look for generation, usable land and a credible path to connectivity, then bring the infrastructure to the site. On the north-west coast, an established wind project gives us a tangible starting point for a phased deployment.
#### Power with a physical starting point.
Existing turbines and electrical infrastructure ground the assessment in an operating energy site.
#### A route into regional compute markets.
Sri Lanka’s submarine networks connect the island with India and Singapore. Site access is the next link to qualify.
#### A repeatable unit of investment.
Modular F2 infrastructure lets us define an initial phase, validate it and expand against available power and customer demand.
Power & resilience
### Wind first. Resilience in layers.
A wind-led site needs an engineered path through low-wind periods and supply interruptions. Our plan brings the grid, battery storage and on-site generation into one operating strategy.
Planned power architecture Explore each layer ↘
UPS Protected transfer
[Image: Nawa]
F2 compute
Storage and standby generation are planned investments. Final capacity, switching and redundancy are subject to detailed engineering.
Wind Local generation
#### Start beside the turbines.
The host site brings an established wind project into the assessment. Co-locating compute creates a path to use that power behind the meter, with the first phase sized around the output the site can actually deliver.
Firm compute allocation and operating conditions remain in diligence.
Grid tie Primary backup
#### Connect generation to a wider supply.
An existing grid export connection gives the site an electrical starting point. Our integration work assesses the import arrangement, protection and switching needed for the grid to support compute when wind output falls.
An export connection does not establish available import capacity.
BESS Storage investment
#### Put storage between variability and demand.
We are evaluating battery energy storage to help manage wind variability and support the backup sequence. Dispatch, usable energy and degradation are being assessed against the operating profile of the first compute phase.
Planned site investment; separate from the module’s UPS.
Gensets Standby generation
#### Add a source of power on site.
Standby gensets are part of the resilience plan, with fuel storage, replenishment, changeover and maintenance considered together. The module UPS bridges supply transitions while the backup system responds.
Equipment sizing and transfer performance will be validated in engineering.
Work with the resource
#### Seasonal wind. Year-round planning.
Sri Lanka’s wind generation is strongest through the May–September south-west monsoon. We assess the lower-output periods just as closely: hourly generation, grid availability and storage dispatch determine the load a site can responsibly support.

Fiber & connectivity
### An island. On the network.
Established submarine systems connect Sri Lanka to regional fiber hubs and onward global routes.
SEA-ME-WE 4 and 5, Bharat Lanka and BBG provide the national network context. For the deployment, we are working through the terrestrial connection, carrier delivery and physical path diversity that turn that geography into usable service.
**Two physically separate paths.** Our connectivity requirement
Route drawings, committed bandwidth, latency and failover all need to be verified for the site.

The location is part of the engineering. We design around the weather, the operating environment and the people who will maintain the installation.
#### Design for tropical heat.
Warm, humid coastal conditions make cooling selection fundamental. F2 uses direct-to-chip liquid cooling, with heat rejection and auxiliary cooling being sized and validated for local design conditions.
#### Build for the wet season.
Drainage, equipment elevation, weather protection and access during heavy rain belong in the civil design. Flood and storm exposure are part of site diligence.
#### Protect what stays outdoors.
Coastal exposure shapes corrosion protection, enclosure selection and maintenance. The objective is equipment that can be inspected, serviced and kept available over time.
Local weather evidence informs the design; detailed environmental and civil studies establish the site-specific limits.
