- Cloud operators proposing a clear division of hardware ownership, site infrastructure, software and customer operations.

## What to include

- **Your role:** Cloud operator, direct offtaker, reseller or broker; identify the principal and the intended contracting entity.
- **Demand and commitment:** Customer use cases, GPU type and quantity, contracted versus prospective demand, proposed term, and capacity ramp.
- **Operating scope:** Who supplies and owns hardware, who runs the platform, who supports the end customer, and the infrastructure scope requested from Nawa.
- **Regions and readiness:** Target markets, latency and data residency needs, network requirements, and deployment or onboarding dates.
- **Commercial proposal:** Direct offtake or brokered introduction, proposed commercial terms, credit support expectations, and the process for approving commitments.
