Powered land, lease takeovers & BTM generation

Nawa Power evaluates powered land, existing land leases and behind-the-meter (BTM) power generation for modular GPU compute. We welcome owners, leaseholders, generators, developers and brokers with authority to represent a site or power opportunity.

United States first; international opportunities considered selectively.

Criteria reviewed

What Nawa is seeking.

For landowners, leaseholders, power generators, developers and authorized brokers.

  • Existing land leases that Nawa could assume or take by assignment, subject to landlord consent, site rights and project diligence.
  • New ground leases, subleases, powered land and existing facilities with a credible path to hosting GPU infrastructure.
  • Behind-the-meter generation seeking a compute load or power offtaker, including on-site generation and fuel-backed development opportunities.
  • Power and land proposals with a clear explanation of what is available today, what remains to be built, and who controls each component.

What to include.

Location and site control
Address or coordinates, usable acreage, ownership or leasehold, your role, and evidence of your authority to offer the site.
Lease assumption or new lease
Remaining term, rent and escalations, assignment and sublease rights, landlord consent requirements, permitted use, and any obligations a successor would assume.
Deliverable power
Firm MW available to the compute load, voltage, source, operating status, energization date, expansion potential, and supporting utility or generator evidence.
BTM generation and fuel
Generation technology, net dependable output, fuel supply and transport, operating hours, outage history, backup arrangements, and permitting status.
Commercial components
Separate land rent, energy price, demand or capacity charges, interconnection and infrastructure costs. State what is included in each quote and who pays for construction.
Connectivity and readiness
Fiber providers and physical routes, access and zoning, cooling constraints, permits, construction scope, and a dated readiness schedule.

Common questions.

Will Nawa assume an existing land lease?

Nawa is interested in evaluating lease assumptions and assignments where the site supports a compute deployment. Review includes the lease, remaining term, permitted use, assignment rights, required consents, power position and obligations being transferred. Acceptance requires diligence and a written agreement.

Can a generator introduce a behind-the-meter opportunity?

Yes. Introduce the generation site, firm capacity available to the load, fuel position, price structure and readiness timeline. Nawa evaluates whether the power can support GPU infrastructure and contracted compute demand.

Is there a published minimum MW or maximum power price?

Nawa has not published a universal MW minimum or power-price ceiling for this opportunity intake. State available capacity and itemized economics so the team can assess the site. The cluster requirements page describes a specific deployment profile; it is not a blanket threshold for every proposal.
