Common questions.

Is Nawa looking for GPU equipment lessors?

Yes. Nawa welcomes proposals from GPU lessors and equipment owners, including structures where the partner retains ownership of the silicon. Hardware, lease terms and responsibilities are assessed for each project.

Can a partner propose financing beyond a GPU lease?

Yes. Introduce the proposed capital structure, size, cost, security requirements and execution timeline. Nawa evaluates financing proposals against the project, equipment and offtake position.

Does Nawa provide financing to other companies?

This brief is an invitation for providers to offer financing or equipment to Nawa projects. It does not advertise a Nawa lending product or a committed investment.
